Due to recent resignations, there are three new interim Board Members appointed by the Lanikea Board of Directors. Here is a list of current Officers and Directors:

Lanikea Building Subcommittee meeting

Newly formed Lanikea Building Subcommittee will meet in Lanikea's Lobby this Saturday, January 15th, at 3:00 PM.

Next Meeting of Lanikea AOAO Board of Directors: Jan. 12th at Hawaii First's office

Per Ms. Sasha Tsuda, Hawaii First Property Manager in charge of Lanikea, the next meeting of Lanikea Association of Apartment Owners (AOAO) Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2011, 6:00 PM. The meeting will take place at Hawaii First's 6th Floor Conference Room. Hawaii First is located at 800 Bethel St., Honolulu, 96813 (map). All Lanikea owners are welcome to attend.

Great evening at Lanikea's neighbor: Wyland Gallery

Last Friday Wyland had a very special show at his Waikiki Gallery (on the Beachwalk - a couple of blocks from Lanikea). He painted two original pieces with the Japanese Sumi brush and introduced his happy audience to Wyland wine... Check out this short HD video (shot with my smart phone), showing Wyland painting.

George and Glady finish Honolulu Marathon

Wow! have you seen the news? Our Lanikea neighbor, George McCarthy and his walking partner Glady Burrill (AKA: Gladiator) finished Honolulu Marathon. Glady is 92 years young. Congratulations George and Glady!
