On October 11th Lanikea Building Sub-committee had conducted another quarterly Lanikea project walk-thru. As in the past, the walk-thru participants observed various construction/project issues and problems.Ms. Barbara Beerling, Sub-committee's chairwoman, had produced a report based on the July, 2011 walk-thru. Lanikea owners who would like to receive a free copy of the report and/or share their own building concerns or suggestions, are encouraged to contact Ms. Beerling through Mr. Lee McCluskey, Lanikea's General Manager.
